Mercury Class is a once top of the line ship class that fell into disuse after a series of very quick technological revolutions. Fairly fast and powerful, but unfortunately incompatible with most modern ships and equipment. As a result they are relatively cheap for what you're getting. However they have to be operated by crews that are smart and clever enough to improvise around their technology compatibility issues. If something breaks down, replacement parts have to be creatively interfaced with the rest of the ship. Standard crew size is 25. Maximum capacity is 48.
