The Ka-Vor are a non-human species that was slowly dying off from an illness called the Creetien virus. Human beings brought them a cure just in time.
The closest thing to a government the Ka-Vor have is the Ka-Vor Syndicate. The Syndicate is a group of merchants, fleet commanders, and individuals of influence that have sworn to aid one another.
